Educa Expansion: school menu service in 4 schools of Zaragoza

Starting on March 2019, SERHS Food Educa, has been managing the school menu service of 4 schools in the city of Zaragoza. This service, also provided in the city of Oviedo since 2018, consolidates the expansion strategy towards the Iberian Peninsula and expands the coverage in this area. In Zaragoza, the service will be carried out during the next 18 months with the possibility of extending it for another 12 months.

The school menu service, which includes lunch meals, will be provided daily to almost 1,000 children of Pre-school and Primary Education, from September to July. As in all SERHS Food services, the fruits and vegetables served are fresh and seasonal. In addition, all menus include products specially designed to favor the growth and development of children.

Beyond providing menus to the schools, SERHS Food aims to instill healthy habits in this first stage of education and promote the importance of the consumption of foods rich in calcium and fiber, that is why the selection of products and the elaboration of the daily menus is carried out with great care by our team of nutritionists.
