We have developed both internal and external actions that reflect our concern with being a responsible company..

We work on these actions through our Corporate Social Responsibility Plan, which is divided into two parts.

At SERHS Group, the main action values in our Corporate Social Responsibility Plan include continuous improvement, the creation of value and innovation, respect for people and a sense of responsibility. The goal of this plan is to reconcile economic growth and competitiveness with social development and improvements in the environment. Some of our objectives are:

  • To increase clients’ and suppliers’ trust in our products and services.
  • To enhance our commitment to our workers’ safety through the use of innovative tools and training in preventing workplace risks.
  • To evolve towards sustainable production, taking great care with the natural environs where our facilities are located.
  • To grow in social assistance targeted at our workers.

Just like any organisation with the potential for development. Serhs Group has a Strategic Plan which lays out the pathway it should take in environmental matters, quality and preventing workplace risks. By working appropriately and continuously on these three aspects, we plan to ensure our growth and profitability.
