SERHS FOOD AREA, S.L. as controller of the website, in conformity with the provisions of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679, of 27 April 2016 (the "GDPR") on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and the other norms in force in relation to the protection of personal data, and of the Act 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (the "LSSICE"), you are informed that the security measures necessary, of a technical and organisational nature, to guarantee and protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of the data introduced, have been implemented.

We use registration forms to obtain the minimum and indispensable information. On these forms, you will facilitate the following data: email address, full name.

LANGUAGE

The language applicable to this Privacy Policy is Catalan. Therefore, in the event that there were some inconsistency with the versions facilitated in other languages, the version in Catalan shall prevail.

CHANGES TO THE PRESENT PRIVACY POLICY

The relationships between SERHS FOOD AREA, S.L. and users of its online services present on this web, are subject for all purposes to the law and jurisdiction of Spain, to which the parties expressly submit themselves, with jurisdiction for the resolution of all conflicts derived from or related to their use being held by the Courts of Law of Barcelona.
