Due to the exceptional situation that we are experiencing in recent months and the need to offer the best food service to all boys and girls in schools, from SERHS Food we present different service options with a CONTINGENCY PLAN with maximum safety and prevention.
We have more than 40 years of experience in the management of school canteens and we have a wide range of solutions, 5th-range dishes in multiration and singleration to distribute the service with maximum food safety. We offer the service both for educational centres that carry out the dining service both “in situ” in the school kitchen, as well as transported, offering the option of product only and even in some cases offering the full dining service.
As a result of these months of Covid-19, from SERHS Food we have activated the Emergency Menu Line, they are adapted for all types of catering needs, such as home care services, field hospitals, hotels, and summer centres.
All the dishes in our dining room service are prepared following the nutritional criteria of the SERHS Food team of nutritionists and dietitians, following the Mediterranean diet and the indications of the Healthy Eating Guide in the school stage (2020) of the Public Health Agency of Catalonia. We prepare balanced, healthy menus designed for the little ones and always offering the maximum guarantee of food safety.
We are the first and only Spanish collective catering company that has the FSSC22000 food safety certification.
Possible options:
- Lack of personnel to affect Covid-19 in the kitchen staff, but possibility of using the kitchen facilities.
- Impossibility of using the kitchen facilities, but the delivery of the menus in the same centre.
- Impossibility of using the kitchen facilities, and delivery outside the centre or at home.
