El Hospital de d\u00eda tiene 50 plazas. SERHS ya hab\u00eda prestado este servicio con anterioridad entre 2011 y 2015. Se han incorporado <strong>novedades en productos y mejoras en el servicio<\/strong>, tanto en n\u00famero de dietas como de calidad siguiendo los tiempos actuales, saludables y sostenibles.<\/p>\n<p>El sistema de alimentaci\u00f3n se basar\u00e1 en la evoluci\u00f3n de la l\u00ednea fr\u00eda siguiendo el\u00a0SINC\u00a0(Security\u00a0Innovation\u00a0&amp;\u00a0Nutrition\u00a0for\u00a0Catering\u00a0by\u00a0Serhs). Es el \u00fanico modelo de gesti\u00f3n integral para restauraci\u00f3n sanitaria donde <strong>la seguridad alimentaria se garantiza al 100%.<\/strong> Con <strong>m\u00e1s de 10 a\u00f1os de experiencia<\/strong> en la implantaci\u00f3n de la soluci\u00f3n\u00a0SINC\u00a0en centros hospitalarios, <strong>sin errores en la gesti\u00f3n de m\u00e1s de 2.000.000 comidas servidas<\/strong>. Destacan como aspectos fundamentales la <strong>satisfacci\u00f3n individual<\/strong>, cada paciente una <strong>dieta \u00fanica<\/strong>, la <strong>regularidad y variedad<\/strong> en la comida, la <strong>sostenibilidad en la gesti\u00f3n<\/strong> junto a la <strong>m\u00e1xima higiene<\/strong> y <strong>seguridad alimentaria.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>SERHS\u00a0Food<\/strong>\u00a0es la primera y \u00fanica empresa de restauraci\u00f3n colectiva del Estado espa\u00f1ol, en la Cocina de Alto Rendimiento, certificada en la norma FSSC 22000\u00a0v5\u00a0y que tambi\u00e9n cuenta con la
