The Mediterranean diet, local and km0 products, sustainability, and collaboration with educational centers remain the main pillars of our project.<\/p>\n<p>For the 2025-26 academic year, the organization has introduced several improvements and innovations with the aim of continuing to adapt to the needs of children and the educational community:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>&#8211; Adaptation of menus and special diets.<\/li>\n<li>&#8211; Increased use of local and socially responsible products.<\/li>\n<li>&#8211; Renewal of the vehicle fleet.<\/li>\n<li>&#8211; Emotional education within the pedagogical framework.<\/li>\n<li>&#8211; Awareness-raising actions against food waste.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>With these initiatives, SERHS Food Educa reaffirms its
