On this occasion, on May 29, a <strong>Hawaiian gastronomic day was held special<\/strong> The center&#8217;s kitchen and catering team worked on <strong>recipes for traditional dishes<\/strong> that were prepared with a high quality and similarity to those that can be found in the reference territory.<\/p>\n<p>First courses such as <strong>Noodles with vegetables and egg, Hawaiian Salad, Salmon Lomi Lomi, Saimin<\/strong> and second courses such as <strong>Loco Moco, Kalua Pork, Huli Huli Chicken, Nut Crusted Fish<\/strong> were accompanied by side dishes: Vietnamese \u201cRollitos\u201d, Basmati rice with cardamom and coconut And for dessert special Macedonian and Hawaiian cake. This gastronomic offer could <strong>be tasted both in the hospital&#8217;s staff canteen and in the cafeteria open to the public.<\/strong> It was also held on May 30 at the Calella Hospital.<\/p>\n<p>The aim is to <strong>generate dynamism in the restaurant offer and at the same time involve and recognize the excellent team of professionals in the center<\/strong> for their high capacity for recreation, research and preparation of complex recipes. And very tasty for the comments of the users.<\/p>\n<p>This same year, a <strong>Cantabrian-Asturian gastronomic day<\/strong> was already held, and over time there have been national and international ones, <strong>with the decoration and props also involving the centers and the staff.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We look forward to the next one!<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\"
